JABRA
The world of work is changing fast. The shift to remote working accelerated by the pandemic has evolved into a more fluid hybrid model, with people working across homes, offices, cafés and everywhere in between.
For Jabra, a leader in workplace audio and video technology, this created both an opportunity and a challenge. While demand for collaboration devices had surged, the future needs of hybrid workers were far less clear.
We helped Jabra understand how work was evolving, what employees and employers would need next, and where the greatest opportunities for future innovation lay.
UNDERSTANDING THE OPPORTUNITY LOOKING BEYOND TODAY'S WORKPLACE
To build that view, we developed a multi-layered programme exploring the future of work from multiple perspectives, including 6 thought leaders and 75 industry decision makers
We spoke with hybrid workers to understand their expectations and frustrations. We engaged employers to explore their plans for workplace policies and culture. We interviewed thought leaders shaping the future of work and technology experts developing the tools that will define tomorrow’s workplace experience.
Alongside this, we created a framework to evaluate emerging trends, helping Jabra assess not only which changes were likely to happen, but also their potential scale and timing.
The result was a clearer picture of the future workplace and the opportunities it created for growth.

THE RESULTS
The insights helped identify priority opportunities across product development, proposition design and customer experience.

The work continues to inform Jabra’s innovation pipeline, marketing strategy and broader vision for supporting the evolving needs of hybrid workers around the world.
